Kismet Modern Indian Restaurant 

Old Town Alexandria, Virginia (October 2021)

Kismet Modern Indian Restaurant located in Old Town Alexandria, VA is the second restaurant MEP Designs Inc. helps design for the same owner (Karma Modern Indian Restaurant, DC).  MEP Designs team completed the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering design.  The project was a 4,000 sq. ft. tenant build-out project that consisted of modifications to an existing space to create a main dining area, bar, and outdoor patio.

The mechanical and plumbing design included modifications of existing HVAC and piping systems to accommodate the new design.  Electrical design included electrical adjustment of lighting in the dining and bar area, replacement of fixtures, and added LED strip lighting on art wall and steps.
